About two years ago, I really thought it had happened : for a brief period of time, World Industries seemed like it had partially given up on its post-Rocco lameness, as a whole section on their site started to host scans of the old World catalogs -pure Droorstalgic delicatessen, ’90s boners all over the place.
And then after a few, what, weeks, the catalogs simply disappeared as World got sold again. And has since tried to come up with “provocative” graphics. But.. err.. no dice.
As I got back in touch with Marc McKee, and to celebrate his new book that just came out, I decided to sell my soul to the devil and host said catalogs right here on Memory Screened. For ever and ever and ever and ever. Enjoy! -Seb

Like the “King of Pills” Micheal Jackson board graphic showing Ol’Mikey “beatin it” to a Boy’s Life magazine with Bubbles & Corey Feldman hangin out in the background…
Or the high five salute to Kanye West, the “Dont be a Dick” board with Kanye sporting Taylor Swift’s MTV music award. The board is actually shaped like a penis, which I for one cant remember having ever seen any other company do before…
Another necent rip-off graphic from World I saw is the “Capt. Krunk” board with, you guessed it, Capt Crunch himself as “The Player” at the helm of his pimp ship.
Last example I can think of s the “School House Rock” 3 way board, complete with fro’d out 70s hippie in bed with 2 lovely hippie chicks…
Drum the shit on the internet or something but just know that yes, in fact theres still some good old fashioned mayhem in the pipeline down at World in 2011!!
